Orders ~
Popular Kargi Organics products may sell out quickly. Please check the product page regularly, as we update availability whenever an item is restocked. You may also contact our support team for restock information.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through email, SMS or WhatsApp. Use the provided tracking link to view the latest delivery status of your Kargi Organics order.
Some products may be packed and shipped separately. Please check your order confirmation and shipping updates. If an item is still missing after delivery, contact us with your order number and clear package photos.
Eligible return requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery. Contact our support team with your order number, reason for return and supporting photos or videos. Approved returns must be securely packed and sent using a traceable courier.
Contact us immediately after placing your order. We can change or cancel it only before it has been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.

Kargi Organics creates nature-inspired skincare, haircare and personal-care products using thoughtfully selected ingredients. Please check the complete ingredient information on each product page or package before use.
Some Kargi Organics products may contain fragrance from ingredients, essential oils or added perfume, while others may have little or no fragrance. Please review the individual product description and ingredient list before purchasing.
Skin needs and sensitivities vary from person to person. We recommend reviewing the ingredients and performing a patch test before using any new Kargi Organics skincare or personal-care product.
Keep handmade soaps in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and standing water. Use a well-drained soap dish and allow the soap to dry between uses to help it last longer.
Store products in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight, excess heat and moisture. Keep containers tightly closed and follow any storage instructions printed on the packaging.

Kargi Organics accepts the payment options displayed during checkout. Available methods may include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets and other supported payment services.
Cash on Delivery availability depends on the delivery location, order value and courier service. Enter your delivery details during checkout to see whether COD is available for your order.
Enter the valid coupon or promotional code in the provided field during checkout and select Apply. The discount will appear in the order total when the code is eligible.
