For India orders

Bought it, tried it, and it wasn’t right for you? We’re here to help.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Kargi Organics, you may request a return or exchange within 60 days from the date of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. The refunded amount will cover the product value; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Here's how to return or exchange your item(s)

01. Contact Kargi Organics
Send your return or exchange request through our customer support email or WhatsApp within the eligible return period. Please include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos or videos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

02. Wait for return approval
Our team will review your request and share the return instructions. Please do not send the product back before receiving confirmation from us.

03. Pack the product securely
Place the approved item in its original packaging along with the invoice, order details, and all included accessories or promotional items. Make sure the parcel is packed safely to prevent damage during transit.

04. Ship the return
Send the package to the return address shared by our support team. Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, return shipping charges may need to be paid by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For international orders

International orders are eligible for returns within 10 days of delivery, but exchanges are unavailable. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected, excluding shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other applicable fees. Returns must be sent using a traceable courier, and COD parcels will not be accepted.
