Pre-order and Back-order Items
Orders containing pre-order or back-order products will be shipped once the items become available. Products may arrive in separate packages depending on availability. Our team will contact you if there is any major delay.
Shipping Costs + Delivery Times
Orders are processed on business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location, courier availability, public holidays and other service conditions.
Shipping within Tamil Nadu is charged at ₹50, while delivery to other Indian states is charged at ₹100. Any applicable shipping charge will be shown during checkout.
Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, regional restrictions or incorrect delivery information may be beyond the control of Kargi Organics.
International shipping
Kargi Organics accepts international orders where courier service is available. International shipping charges are calculated according to the current courier rate, destination country, package weight and order size.
Customs duties, import taxes and other destination-country charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated during checkout. These charges must be paid by the customer where applicable.
